Account Manager

Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and drive additional revenue.

At Passive Picks, our Account Managers serve as the linchpin between our valued clients and the innovative services we offer. Entrusted with the vital task of maintaining and growing established client relationships, you will delve into understanding their evolving needs, ensuring that they are deriving maximum value from our services. Through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and solution brainstorming, you'll position yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your role will also encompass anticipating potential challenges and addressing them proactively, ensuring that our client relationships remain strong, fruitful, and enduring. As an advocate for the client within Passive Picks, you'll work hand-in-hand with our internal teams to deliver on promises and exceed expectations.

What sports do you offer?

We offer sports for NFL, NCAAF, NCAAB, NBA, NHL, MLB. All packages are all inclusive of all sports.

How does your unit system operate?

The number of units wagered per pick is dependent upon our algorithm's confidence level on each selection. Generally our picks range from (1U-3U). We define a unit as 2% of your total bankroll, and as a rule of thumb we typically do not wager more than 20% of our bankroll on any given day.

When and how are the picks received?

Picks are sent out via email everyday. Picks will be sent out typically 5 hours to 60 minutes before the first game begins, so you have plenty of time to get your picks in.

How many picks do you send a day?

We will typically send anywhere from 1-6 plays a day with most days having 2-4. We also release our 95% MLB Package which contains around 2-8 of our best plays a week.

How much money do you think I will make?

On an average month, take your average betting size and multiply it by 10. We normally profit around 5-30 units every month. That is our monthly average. Your profit will actually be greater because you can scale your betting size as you win.

What happens if I don't win on a pick?

Sports betting is inherently risky, and not every pick will be a winner. We strive to provide a high percentage of winning picks, but we cannot guarantee success on every pick. We recommend that you have realistic expectations and focus on long-term profitability rather than short-term wins or losses.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, and you can pay with a debit or credit card directly on our website as well.
